On May 21, the IFA Panama Chapter organized its sixth Transfer Pricing Conference, which addressed topics such as international tax arbitration in the context of transfer pricing, the implications of implementing the BEPS program, the return on intangible assets in value creation, and the importance of transfer pricing rules in economic substance standards.

Alejandro Juárez, CIAT’s Director of Training and Human Resources Development, spoke at the opening of the conference, while Raúl Zambrano, Director of Technical Assistance and Innovation, participated as a panelist in the session titled “Beyond Compliance.”
